Richard Scott
Richard founded Ridge-Valley Contracting Inc., in order to provide medical, office, retail maintenance, industrial and tenant construction, and renovation services throughout the Maryland-DC region. Previously, Richard worked for several large Baltimore general contractors, gaining experience in government, medical, and retail construction on projects for the Hahnemann University Hospital, American Cancer Society, United States Senate Office Building, Melvin Simon & Associates, K-Mart Corporate, Trammel Crow Company, Johns Hopkins University, and The Home Depot.

Over 40 years of Construction experience, supervising full scope of construction projects that include Retail Renovation & Maintenance, Office, Hospital, and Construction Projects.
